Nice place to stay only thing I wish they turn 3rd bedroom as a single bed room. Positive: Lovely flat and everythig was nice, good location, good transport service. Check in was very easy too. Negative: sorry to say but We have mentioned that there are 6 to 8 adults are staying in your pent house and sitll 3rd room which has sofabed, was not ready to use. we had booked 5 apartments and few had sofa bed done. Also wifi gone after sometime and didnt get it back at all. Property manager checkd but couldn't do anyting.

Stylish and spacious Positive: A very stylish and well equipped apartment in a great location. The apartment is very spacious with comfy beds and a lovely terrace. Negative: This is a very nice apartment. However, I would give it a score of 9 rather than a perfect 10 because a few of the windows wouldn't open properly and the shower in the ensuite took a long time to warm up.

Disappointed as it was a very important day which the premises knew about before the booking. Positive: Property was clean to a satisfactory standard. Location was good. Communication was straightforward. Negative: There was no hot water from 11pm on 26th May right through to the next day – which was our checkout. This meant that none of the six guests, including the bride were able to shower. We contacted the property management straight away but after nearly two hours on the phone the issue still wasn’t resolved. In the end, we were forced to use another apartment just so everyone could wash, which delayed the bride significantly on her wedding day. To make matters worse, we were charged additional fees because two chauffeurs had to wait over an hour due to the delay – all because of a problem that wasn’t our fault. This was incredibly stressful and disappointing, especially given the importance of the occasion.

Positive: El apartamento muy bonito.la ubicación también está muy bien Negative: La falta de atención al cliente,nunca se pusieron en contacto con nosotros,la cama en muy malas condiciones,en la dirección del apartamento no es claro pasamos una hora para encontrar porque no ponen el número.y aún no me han devuelto la fianza.cuando hemos dejado el apartamento en buenas condiciones.tengo video.gracias
