Great location with everything we needed. Positive: Lots of space and everything we needed for our family. Location was great and within a comfortable walking distance to the tube. Negative: I could not work out how to turn the heating down/off despite the instructions, so in the heatwave the bathroom radiators were constantly on. Fans provided were a big help but still stuffy.

Positive: We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment Fantastic facilities. Though we couldn't open properly shower in the main bedroom. We also needed antslip mats in both bathrooms. Apart from that everything was beautiful. Out of this world. We empty the bin and didn't know where to leave the rubbish. Sorry, we left them in the kitchen area. I want to thank the lady I was dealing with all through when booking the apartment. She is absolutely fantastic, kind, and I would give her more than 💯 % Negative: Nothing to be honest. Probably just the few things mentioned above

Positive: The apartment was great, great location surrounded by stores, restaurants and more and close walk to the underground. Negative: It was all good, the 2 bedrooms allowed privacy, nice family room and a nice private patio

Ehh Positive: The property was beautiful and lovely Negative: It was dirty. It’s like they didn’t clean anything. There was heavy dust on the dining table and the floor hadn’t been hovered or mopped and you could REALLY tell. It’s a shame because just those little things really ruined my whole mood

Positive: It looks exactly like the pictures and customer service were very quick to respond, polite and helpful. We had a lovely stay and the apartment was very big with plenty of space for our booking of 5. Negative: The thermostat was set so high on arrival but easily managed to turn it down following the video on the guest portal. It might be a little far out for exploring London but public transport and Ubers are easily accessible.
